Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your package to be delivered.

Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, we currently only ship to Canadian addresses. 

Return Policy

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and an order confirmation has been sent, we cannot cancel your order.

Can I exchange my order?
Every effort will be made to update your order, but with limited quantities, we cannot guarantee exchanges. Please email online@kawarthadairy.com

Can I return my order?

Returns on new, unused items are accepted within 30 days of delivery. See Policies page for more details.

What happens if I received a defective item?
